The former Chief Security Officer to the Late Nigerian Head of State, Gen Sani Abacha, Major Hamza Al- Mustapha, has been discharged and acquitted of the alleged conspiracy and murder charges leveled against him.
He was freed this morning by the Lagos Division of the Appeal Court.
Al- Mustapha was sentenced to death by a Lagos High Court sitting at Igbosere on 30 January 2012 over alleged murder of the Late wife of MKO Abiola after the cancellation of June 12 Election
