His name is Jeremiah Emmanuel, A Student of Yaba College of Technology.
He has Ventricular septal defects.
He was diagnosed with congenital heart disease at the age of 3.
He has since being managing on some medications like Digoxin, Moduretic and Lasix (Frusemide) injection.
He was stable for some years before its reoccurrence.
Right now the heart disease has made his stomach, legs and private part swollen.
He needs an Open Heart Surgery in India
The funding goal for the surgery has been fixed at $30,000 that is 5million Naira.
Please help this young man because he deserves a life like every one of us, he stays at 37 Ajose str, Owutu, Agric Bustop,Ikorodu, Lagos.
