According to UK Dailymail, the episode was shot before the couple's current marital strife but Khloe opened up on Sunday's episode about Lamar's personal issues.
During the episode Khloe became exasperated with a string of phone calls from her husband, who was away on a basketball training camp.
And one in particular left her worried as despite ringing her at her mother's home, 'bugging out' Lamar did not seem to comprehend where his wife was.
'There is a lot of emotional issues I think that Lamar has,' explained Khloe.
'I do want to help or cater to Lamar but also there is only so much anyone can take.
'Lamar is a very depressed person, which is sad but understandable with everything that he has been through in his life.
'I do love Lamar with every ounce of who I am but it is really scary when someone is in such a deep low and you know they are relying on you to get them out and you are trying and trying and trying and nothing is really working.'
Although Khloe was happily promoting the show on her Twitter account before the episode aired, following the show, her tone visibly changed.
'Speculate all you want,' she tweeted. 'The armor I put around MY family can't melt or even scratch. So continue to throw your daggers.'
She continued: 'You will never cut us, you will just tire yourself out. Strong and united we will still stand.'
Khloe's fertility issues was also at the heart of the episode as Kim tried to get her to consider adopting a baby.
Kim, who is still pregnant in the show, pressed her sister about her attempts to get pregnant and her seeing a fertility doctor recently.
'No I have not seen them, why does that matter?
'Why are you guys all so pushy? Push, push, push. Everyone is so pushy over this thing?'
Kim explained that it was 'fun' to be pregnant and she wanted Khloe to do it with her.
'I am sure it is a fun time, but when it is supposed to be then it is going to happen,' countered Khloe.
Kim then suggested her sister see an adoption attorney to better understand the process.
'Why would I do that? I am not ready to continue with fertility treatment,' snapped Khloe.
'There are some things that not everybody knows and me and Lamar are the only people who do need to know that.
'If I consider going would it make you get off my case a bit more?'
Kim agreed but explained she thought that her sister was 'afraid' of the subject and was 'really running from this.'
Khloe had enough of the conversation angrily telling her sister as she walked out 'Don't press your luck because now you are being f***ing annoying. Pregnant or not you are f***ing annoying.'
The topic of children had come up when the three sisters helped Kim pick out a crib for Kim's baby daughter.
But Khloe was not impressed with all the baby talk between Kim and Kourtney.
